Enhance your curriculum
Skyline Ceramics classes are a fun and affordable way to enrich your curriculum. In our workshops kids make and paint projects using real clay and glazes. We fire the projects in a kiln and return them in about two weeks. All materials are non-toxic and the fired projects are food-safe. We bring all the materials and tools needed and do the cleaning after the session.
There are over a hundred projects to choose from and we are always inventing new ones. Whether its leaf-textured bowls, animal sculptures, goblets, volcanos, handprint plaques, pinch pots candleholders or picture frames, the kids will learn a variety of techniques, both functional and sculptural. We have special holiday projects and can create projects to tie in with your curriculum. See more examples.
